Context
Complete redesign of a Paris corporate portrait photographer's website, previously on WordPress. Goal: rank on local searches (executive portraits, staff headshots, corporate reportage) and turn every visit into a quote request.
Solution
Custom static site built with Astro and hosted on Vercel: one page per search intent (services, industries, locations), advice articles, images optimised to AVIF/WebP, 301 redirects from the old site to preserve rankings, and a quote form wired to Resend.

Helpho.io
Context
Independent photographers juggle a dozen tools for clients, quotes, contracts, invoices and galleries. Helpho brings the whole business together in one place, in line with French tax rules and copyright law.
Solution
Full SaaS platform: CRM and lead tracking, quotes and contracts with e-signature, invoices ready for France's 2026 e-invoicing mandate, accounting and social-charge estimates, client galleries with photo sales, a branded client portal, image-rights licence tracking and an AI assistant.

Graines de Footballeuses
Context
Graines de Footballeuses grows women's football in Paris, Rouen, Lille and Marseille. The association needed a single tool to handle registrations, attendance, player records and communication with families.
Solution
Installable web app (PWA) with a dedicated space for each role (players, parents, coaches, partners, administrators): events and camps with one-click sign-up, attendance tracking, records and documents, messaging, calendar, push notifications, blog and newsletter.
